Erica has been providing career consulting services for over 15 years. Erica designs, develops and facilitates Career Enrichment workshops for clients in transition and facilitates workshops for leaders looking to promote self-awareness and self-growth.
She is an engaging facilitator and career coach who is recognized for her high touch, energetic, caring and proactive approach with individuals. She has particular expertise in helping individuals to assess their skills, create a
powerful personal brand and effectively position themselves for networking and interviewing. Erica is most passionate about helping people overcome barriers to their career search, realize and effectively market their transferable skills and strengths, and become motivated and energized about achieving new career goals.
During her career, Erica has enjoyed leading workshops and providing one-on-one coaching to professionals from a diverse range of industries, functions, and organizational levels. She has coached 100’s of individuals and delivered dozens of workshops, and is consistently recognized for being genuine, compassionate and enthusiastic, and for customizing her approach to meet each client’s individual needs.
Erica has worked for two leading career management firms in the Boston area, a leading International relocation company, as well as in the Graduate and Undergraduate Centers for Career Development at Babson College. Erica also has a background in Organizational Development Consulting.
Erica holds an MBA from Babson College and a BA in French from Bates College, with a concentration in Psychology. Erica is certified in Predictive Index, Myers Briggs and Motivation Factor.
Debbie delivers engaging and experiential learning opportunities to groups looking to grow professionally and provides one on one career coaching to individuals in career transition.
She prides herself on developing engaging workshops – both in live in-person environments, in virtual platforms and in on-demand formats. A dynamic and warm facilitator, she works to maximize learning, customize content to meet attendees' needs and quickly get to the heart of the matter. She uses technology to make learning better. She works with coaching clients to clarify their key strengths, skills, values, experiences and motivations and to champion them to take risks and reach their professional goals.
Debbie has coached 100’s of individuals in career transition and developed and led dozens of workshops on topics related to career and leadership development.
Debbie has held roles within human resources as an internal recruiter, in the public sector within town government and public school systems, and in program management within medium to large non-profits.
Debbie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from Clark University, and a Masters of Arts degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University. She is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation.
Debbie’s other full time job includes being a mom to her young children, Maya and Ben, and her senior dog, Miles and spending time with her dear husband Ethan. Her favorite place to be is outside – cycling, gardening hiking.
